Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp oatmeal
  • 0.5 banana
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 120 g low-fat quark
  • 2 tbsp milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • little orange

Preparation:

1. Put the oat flakes in a bowl or glass (approx. 250 ml capacity).

2. Cut the banana into slices and layer over the oatmeal.

3. Mix the yogurt, low-fat quark, milk and honey and pour over the oatmeal and banana mixture.

4. Cover the vessel with foil and place in the refrigerator overnight.

5. The next morning, peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Pour over the muesli.
